This website, ServiceKPI Analytics, is operated by Giacomo Ialenti (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Hamburg, Germany. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us, mainly through the contact form on this site. This can include:

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not process any payment or financial data on this website, since all engagements are agreed and invoiced separately, outside this site.

Why we process your data (legal basis)

We process the data you submit through the contact form in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or quotation. This is based on:

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining a functioning business website.

Where you have given explicit consent, for example by ticking the GDPR consent box on the contact form, we also rely on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with service providers who support the operation of this website and our business communications on our behalf, under data processing agreements where required, such as:

We keep enquiry and contract-related correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver any agreed services, and meet our legal and tax obligations under German law, which can require retaining business correspondence and invoices for up to 10 years. Where data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymise it.
